The Class Rank Report returns a list of students ranked by GPA.  The report is based on records in the [ClassRank] table.

For instructions on how to setup and calculate the Class Rank, refer to the Tutorial: Class Rank.

To run the report:

  1. On the Start Page, choose Reports from the main menu.
  2. On the Reports page, click Run Reports.
  3. On the Run Reports page, click Class Ranking.
  4. Populate the following fields:
  • Grade Level: Narrow the student selection by grade level.
  • Class Rank Method: The drop-down menu displays the GPA calculation methods associated with each Class Rank Method.  GPA calculation methods are setup at the District.  Select the GPA calculation method associated with the appropriate Class Rank Method.
  • Display GPAs: Enter the range of GPAs to display.  Remember to enter the lower GPA first.  For example, 3.5 - 4.0, rather than 4.0 - 3.5.
  • Display Percentiles: Enter the range of ranking percentiles to display.  Remember to enter the lower percentile first.  For example, 0.01% - 50%, rather than 50% - 0.01%.
