Editing UBSCT Scores
- Find the student using PowerSchool's Search Screen
- Select Test Scores from the menu on the left. A student that has take all three tests will look like the following image.
- To view or edit a test select it from the list. The images shows the correct format for an out of state pass on the Math component of UBSCT (left) and a test taken in Utah.
- Number (the first field) is used for the scaled score a 160 or better is passing.
- Out of state students with a passing score from their state of origin should have 999 in the number field. The alpha field should start with a P then a - then the state id.
- Special education students who will not be tested should have an 888 in the number field. Their Alpha field should be blank.
- Nothing should be entered in the Percent field.
Entering New Scores
- Find the student using PowerSchool's Search Screen
- Select the UBSCT Test Score you wish to enter from the pull-down menu.
- Enter the students scaled score in the Number Field. Out of state students with a passing score from their state of origin should have 999 in the number field. Special education students who will not be tested should have an 888 in the number field.
- Nothing should be entered in the Percent field.
- Enter Pass in the Alpha field for students who passed the test. Enter 'Attempt' in the Alpha Field for scores less than 160.
- Enter P then a - then the state id for students who passed a comparable out of state test.
- Enter nothing for Special Education Students who will not be tested.
- Repeat the process for all three of the UBSCT tests unless the student didn't attempt all the tests.
